Honestly, I have been planning my wedding since I was 12 years old.  Yes, I was that little girl at the grocery store checkout with an arm full of wedding magazines.  Now, that little girl is all grown up and planned her dream wedding!  I think planning my 12 year old wedding was MUCH easier!!  A special thanks to Viva Bella Events, the Hilton Netherland Plaza, Yellow Canary flowers, Sugar Realm Cake Design, Blink of an Eye PhotographyAmo-Ink, Brideface, High Five Salon, and *Team Sandler* for making all my wedding dreams come true!

Glam Wedding Party
Best Man, Groom, Father of The Groom

One of my favorite details is that all the men wore vintage bar pins on their tuxes instead of boutonnieres.  The wedding party wore pocket squares and pins.

Cake Details
Ileana from Sugar Realm worked with me to create this art deco chandelier inspired wedding cake.  It was hands down the most amazing cake i ever have or ever will see!

Fruit-tastic!

If you want to do your hair a favor, check out L'IZZO Frutends.  This company claims to be the "New Hair Generation," and I believe it!  What makes these products unique is that they are all fruit-based.  L'IZZO has used the latest technology to exploit the specific characteristics of different fruit and researched how each one can improve our hair.
L'IZZO FRUTENDS
I personally tried the Apple Care Shampoo for color treated hair and the Chocolate Bodifying Conditioner.  Honestly, my hair has never felt so silky smooth!  I am a chronic flat iron user, and after using Frutends I only quickly ran over a few unruly ends and that was all my hair needed!  It only took one use for me to become a fan!
When you check out their website, keep in mind that this company is up-and-coming (another plus - you KNOW how I love to be a trend setter) and just recently went international, so their english translation is not perfect.  WHO CARES?!  If what they're selling can make my hair Fruit-Fabulous, I'm buyin!

Enjoy,
Ta$ha

Breathtaking Bridesmaids

In honor of Ta$ha's upcoming wedding and my summer as the professional bridesmaid, I have decided to explore trends in bridesmaid dresses that I love. Coming form the girl who rivals Jane's closet in the movie "27 Dresses", I feel as though I know somewhat what I'm talking about. From moss green taffeta to floor length apple red (with matching shoes), I've seen it all. So here are a few looks I've complied to have a fabulous fashion forward wedding and having your favorite girls look amazing, but not too amazing of course :).

1. Patterns! Why not? Taking inspiration from my fabulous friend Ta$ha, pick something fun, edgy and a bit unexpected. You might have to pull grandma off the floor when she sees snakeskin chiffon coming down the aisle (if she is anything like mine) but hey, it's your day! Anything goes when you are fearless- animal prints, florals, stripes!

2. The LBD. It's a dress you can actually "shorten and wear it again!" If you think this is too simple, blinging it out with big chunky jewels or adding a sparkly belt will make it unique. It's definitely classic and looks great on everyone! It also provides a great background for any color bouquet.

3. Vintage Looking Dresses. I am obsessed with lace. If i could incorporate lace into every aspect of daily life, I totally would. I love how romantic and fresh this look is. Also, experimenting with different shapes can give you a vintagey feel. Mismatching dresses can also add a cool touch.

ENJOY!
